50% of IAM Projects fail

Yikes.

Managing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program is a complex and daunting task, with 50% of IAM projects failing to meet their objectives. The challenges range from navigating intricate system integrations and evolving cyber threats to overcoming skill shortages and aligning with business goals. Without the right expertise, IAM leaders often face delays, security risks, and underfunded initiatives. That’s where expert coaching comes in—offering strategic guidance, helping you build a skilled team, and ensuring your IAM program not only survives but thrives, delivering real value to your organization.

A Little About Me

20 Years in the Identity and Access Management field. Everything from implementation, to product leadership, strategic alliances and everything in between. I've given talks at events like Identiverse, RSA, and more. ( You can check out my Keynote below)

Why Coaching?

It's simple. After having consulted for over 15 years. I hate it. But I love helping people, and love the field of identity, and love helping people have success in identity, so I decided to combine these two things. So I want to take a select number of leaders and help them shape their identity programs.

And also drop a gem or two about leadership.

Elevate your leadership

No assessments, no fluff, no bullshit. Straight forward guidance on how to achieve success with you IAM program, and become a better leader while doing it.
